Alignment

We understand your vision and define the project direction starting from our concepts before moving to the next contractual phase:

  1. Initial meeting Online or in person to analyze goals, expectations and needs.
  2. Territory and location selection We identify and guide you in choosing the most coherent areas and potential locations.
  3. Experiential phase We accompany you through selected locations to explore the territory, experience the context and evaluate the assets.
  4. Complete support We organize travel, stays and local experiences for an authentic and conscious decision-making process.

Contract

Once the initial project alignment has been defined, the framework contract is signed to regulate the activation and development of the entire design process.

The contract is structured around two main parts:

  1. Co-Creation phase dedicated to the development of the project identity, architectural concept, zoning, interior & exterior direction, preliminary budget and indicative timeline.
  2. Master Planning executive phase dedicated to the technical, design and operational development of the project, up to production planning and final realization.

To activate the contract, an initial deposit dedicated to activating the Co-Creation phase is required and fully credited within the overall project budget.

Co-Creation

We begin by understanding your way of living spaces, the atmospheres you feel closest to and the relationship between architecture, interiors and living experience.

The Co-Creation phase develops through 3 stages:

  1. Identity We collect references, atmospheres and lifestyle inspirations to build the first living identity of the project.
  2. Zoning We develop the spatial logic of the project through an Ideal Zoning phase followed by Distributive Zoning, defining relationships between spaces, flows and living experience.
  3. Concept & Project Direction We progressively define the architectural concept, preliminary layout, interior & exterior direction, materials, preliminary budget and indicative timeline.

Throughout the process, we periodically share progress updates to realign the overall project direction.

Master Planning

In this phase we consolidate and develop executively what was defined during Co-Creation, transforming the project direction into a complete technical, economic and operational system.

Master Planning progressively includes:

  • executive project development
  • engineering and technical coordination
  • final specifications
  • final budget
  • operational timeline
  • production and construction site planning
  • site supervision

This phase prepares the project for final realization and the following Production phase.

Production

From project to turnkey realization.

Once all necessary approvals have been obtained, the project enters the phase of executive development, production, construction and interior completion, up to the full realization of the home.

The entire process is coordinated and managed by STARASA through integrated site supervision, with the aim of ensuring design coherence, execution quality and continuity between concept, architecture, interiors and final realization.

Delivery

We present your home fully realized, finished and ready to live in or activate.

Every element — from architecture to interiors, down to the final details — is completed and coordinated to ensure a coherent, complete and immediately usable living experience.

Continuity

We continue to support the property over time through property management services, operational management and ongoing asset care.

The goal is to preserve the quality, value and efficiency of the home over the long term, ensuring continuity between realization, use and future management.
