2 on-site audits per year, with a dedicated local contact.

  • facades, finishes, surface degradation
  • fixtures and fittings, with their performance

  • HVAC / air conditioning (if present)

STARASA delivers an operational report

After each audit, we deliver a report that includes status, critical issues, priorities, recommended actions, and verified partners to contact for execution.

Step 03

The client decides and proceeds independently

Based on the report, the client independently decides whether to proceed and directly contacts the partners.
