La Collina
La Collina is a contemporary residential concept designed to settle discreetly into the landscape and transform the home into a place of balance between architecture, nature and quality of living. The project presents an essential yet warm residence, built through clear volumes, authentic materials, diffused natural light and a strong relationship with outdoor spaces.
It is not just a house, but a way of living: a place where the interior opens toward terraces, porticos and the pool, and where every room is designed to offer comfort, silence and clarity of space. The proposal represents an evolutionary base, to be adapted to the right asset, the planning framework and the client's objectives, while always maintaining aesthetic and functional coherence.
Distribution Zoning
La Collina is conceived as a clear and progressive path: one enters from a more intimate and protected area, moves through a central point that organizes the entire home, and reaches spaces that become increasingly open, bright and connected with the outdoors.
Every transition is intuitive, free from unnecessary complexity, and builds a natural relationship between interior, light and landscape.
The floor plan is defined with the client during the co-creation phase, according to the planned project.
Access takes place from a more closed and protected front, designed to guarantee privacy and visual control. This first space gradually leads inward, creating a natural transition between exterior and home.
After crossing the threshold, one reaches a simple and legible distribution point. From here the entire house is organized, clearly separating the living area and sleeping area, with fluid and immediate circulation.
The path leads to the heart of the house: a single environment integrating living room and kitchen. The space opens completely, both visually and volumetrically, establishing a direct relationship between the interior and the landscape.
The living area extends outward in continuity, creating a clear and natural sequence of spaces to be used every day.
From the central node, one accesses the more private part of the house. The bedrooms are oriented toward light and greenery, ensuring tranquility and a direct relationship with the outdoors.
Bathrooms and technical spaces are integrated into the layout discreetly and functionally, preserving the clean perception of the main rooms and ensuring efficiency in daily use.
Project logic
The home develops according to a clear structure: a more closed and protected initial part, a central core that organizes the flows, and a final part that opens completely toward the landscape. This balance brings together privacy and openness, simplicity and spatial quality.
