MAREA
MAREA
A contemporary Mediterranean residence on the Amalfi Coast, built around light, sea, Vietri ceramics, mineral surfaces and continuity between interior and exterior.
Concept Vision
MAREA is born from the meeting between the Mediterranean architecture of the Amalfi Coast and an essential, luminous and material contemporary language.
The concept reinterprets the Italian seaside home through deep arches, open loggias, contemporary Vietri ceramics, lime-washed surfaces, light stone, burnished metals and a continuous relationship with the horizon. It is not a decorative or nostalgic villa: it is a residence built around light, materiality and the slow rhythm of Mediterranean living.
Arches, loggias, ceramics and sea build a contemporary Mediterranean continuity.

Private residence. Selective income asset.
MAREA can be conceived as a private Boutique House for personal use, with the possibility of being rented exclusively during selected periods of the year.
The model avoids conventional hospitality logic. Access remains limited, controlled and highly selective, preserving the private character of the property while allowing value generation through exclusive stays and curated residential experiences.
Positioning
MAREA does not replicate the tradition of the Amalfi Coast. It reinterprets it through a contemporary language made of light, materiality, proportion and artisanal details.
Its value comes from a recognizable but non-folkloric territorial identity: contemporary Vietri ceramics, Mediterranean arches, slim black frames, geometric railings, lime plaster, travertine, marine palettes and solar accents build a rooted, luminous and memorable residence.
For private owners
A deeply personal coastal residence, designed around sea views, privacy, material quality, natural light and a contemporary Mediterranean atmosphere.
For exclusive rental
A high-value asset available only during selected periods, suitable for discreet family stays, design-focused experiences and curated hospitality.
Moodboard Concept
The interior language is built as a coherent system of materials, colors, light and artisanal details.
Handcrafted ceramics, travertine, lime plaster, natural wood, burnished metal, lime white, sand beige, sea foam, turquoise, deep ocean, Amalfi yellow, sage green, terracotta and matte black define a luminous, sophisticated and contemporary Mediterranean palette.
