What it consists of

Circle Talk is a private meeting hosted within the property, with a small group of guests—usually 8-10 people—in an informal, elegant, and discreet setting.

During the talk, we present what it means to choose Italy not only as a destination but as a place to live, to experience, or in which to develop a real estate project. We talk about territories, life scenarios, real opportunities, and the STARASA model.

It is not a promotional event. It is premium content that helps the client better understand what is possible in Italy today.

The property selects and invites a limited number of target guests, through concierge, direct relationships, or dedicated communication.

Hosting the talk

The hotel provides a space consistent with its level: lounge, living room, private terrace, or reserved area.

STARASA leads the talk, presents the model, manages the dialogue, gathers interest, and structures the subsequent follow-up.

Starting from 1% of the value of the real estate project closed with the client, when the lead comes through your hotel.

In simple terms: if your guest participates in the talk, connects with STARASA, and subsequently develops a project, the property receives a fee. The hotel is not just the location of the meeting. It becomes a qualified partner in the client activation process.

The client's origin is registered via dedicated invitation, participant list, and post-talk follow-up, transparently for all involved parties.

The talk can also generate quality content for the property.

Photos, videos, and snippets of the experience can be collected during the event and re-edited in post-production by STARASA. This allows transforming the talk into useful content for communicating the partnership and positioning the hotel.

The relationship, therefore, does not just generate contact. It also generates credible, refined material consistent with a high image of the property.

We are not building a large network. We are selecting a few highly aligned properties.

Circle Talk was not created for widespread distribution. It was created to be hosted in hotels capable of sharing the same level of sensitivity, target audience, and ambition. For this reason, STARASA will activate the format with only a limited number of establishments per area, chosen based on their alignment with the brand and the clientele we wish to attract.
