Understanding your vision and defining the direction of the project.

Contract
Personalising the concept around you start with a Co-Creation Deposit. A project initiation deposit that is fully credited toward the final CHS contract if the project proceeds.

Co-Creation

Developing the architectural concept together, aligning layout, interiors, outdoor spaces and the selected property. During this phase we also prepare an initial project budget proposal and an indicative timeline, providing the first economic and operational framework for the project.

Master Planning

Consolidating the concept into a complete project framework. Architecture, scope, budget structure and implementation timeline are finalised, allowing the signing of the final project agreement and the preparation of the executive design and approval process with the relevant authorities.

Production
From plan to turnkey delivery. Following the necessary approvals, the project moves into executive design, construction and furnishing, leading to the full realization of the home.
