This Concept Specification constitutes a reference base for the works, supplies and services foreseen for the intervention, as better detailed in the project drawings, schedules, technical data sheets and project documentation. During the Executive Design development phase, any modifications, integrations or substitutions requested by the Client or made necessary by technical, regulatory or construction needs will be subject to verification with the Technical Management in order to establish whether they fall within the supplies and works already provided for by this Specification or whether they constitute variants entailing an economic and/or temporal adjustment. Any differences will be quantified in advance and submitted for approval to the Client before their execution.
