STARASA architectural concept

STRATI

A house revealed in layers, between material, shadow and landscape.

01 · Identity

STRATI

STRATI is a contemporary Mediterranean residence to be discovered in layers, through thresholds, terraces, shadows and gardens. Material, vegetation, water and light shape a refined and intimate experience, in continuous dialogue with the olive valley, the sea and the landscape.

A complete journey.
Three coordinated phases.

The Light version presents the scope of the STARASA journey without displaying prices, amounts or financial values. Activities are organized into the three macro-phases Concept, Design and Construction; any financial definitions will be developed only in subsequent phases based on the approved project.

Costruzione

STARASA coordinates execution as a single system, from site preparation through to delivery of the completed home.

  • Building Works Demolitions, structures, masonry, envelope, screeds and finishes.
  • Technical Systems Execution and integration of the systems included in the project.
  • Finishes and Components Flooring, wall finishes, windows and doors, fixed elements and integrated installations.
  • Outdoor and Landscape External works, pools, greenery and spaces connecting with the landscape.
