STARASA Architectural Concept

FILARI

Living at the heart of the vineyard, among rows, light and landscape.

01 · Identity

FILARI

FILARI is conceived to experience the vineyard from within. Mediterranean volumes, deep openings and continuous indoor-outdoor spaces create a direct relationship with the vineyard rows, light and landscape, turning everyday life into a simple, open and authentic experience.

02 · Render

The experience of the home.

04 · Journey, Budget & Timeline

A complete journey.
Three coordinated phases.

The Light version presents the scope of the STARASA journey without displaying prices, amounts or financial values. Activities are organised into the three macro-phases Concept, Design and Construction; any financial definition will be developed only in subsequent phases based on the approved design.

Concept

We define the project identity and translate needs, lifestyle and the potential of the property into a clear and shared direction.

  • Client Discovery Analysis of the client, objectives, priorities and expectations.
  • Concept Design Definition of the architectural, spatial and aesthetic vision.
  • Visual Development Conceptual renders and moodboards to communicate atmosphere, materials and the project language.
  • Concept Presentation Coordinated presentation of the content required to validate the design direction.
Progettazione

After Concept approval, the vision is translated into a complete, coordinated and buildable technical design.

  • Architectural Design Spatial, dimensional and technical development of the intervention.
  • Outdoor Design Definition of outdoor spaces, landscape and relationships with the context.
  • Systems Design Coordination of building systems and home performance.
  • Interior Design Materials, finiture, arredi fissi, illuminazione e componenti integrate.
  • Planning & Building Permits Preparation and management of the required technical and authorisation documentation.
  • Construction Supervision Coordination and control of the correct execution of the approved design.
Costruzione

STARASA coordinates construction as a single integrated system, from site preparation through to the handover of the completed home.

  • Building Works Demolition, structures, masonry, building envelope, substrates and finishes.
  • Building Systems Installation and integration of the systems defined by the design.
  • Finishes & Components Flooring, wall finishes, windows and doors, fixed elements and integrated installations.
  • Outdoor & Landscape External works, pools, planting and spaces connecting the home with the landscape.
  • Construction Coordination Operational management of works, supplies and all parties involved.
  • Testing & Handover Final checks, documentation and completion of the journey through to handover.

Complete Living Design™ coordinates Concept, Design and Construction as parts of one integrated journey. The STARASA pipeline moves from Client Discovery, Concept, Visual Development and Client Presentation to Approval, Technical Design and Construction. The Concept phase remains distinct from technical design and does not constitute a construction-ready project.

Indicative timeline

From Concept
to completion.

The timeline is indicative only and represents a prudent scenario from Concept to completion. Actual times depend on the characteristics of the project, the condition of the property or land, permits, the authorities involved, operational conditions and the complexity of construction.
