Il presente Capitolato Concept costituisce una base di riferimento delle lavorazioni, forniture e prestazioni previste per l’intervento, così come meglio dettagliate negli elaborati progettuali, negli abachi, nelle schede tecniche e nella documentazione di progetto. In fase di sviluppo della Design Esecutiva, eventuali modifiche, integrazioni o sostituzioni richieste dal Committente o rese necessarie da esigenze tecniche, normative o realizzative saranno oggetto di verifica con la Direzione Tecnica al fine di stabilire se rientrino nelle forniture e lavorazioni già previste dal presente Capitolato oppure se costituiscano varianti comportanti un adeguamento economico e/o temporale. Eventuali differenze saranno preventivamente quantificate e sottoposte all’approvazione del Committente prima della loro esecuzione.
